This is one of a handful of suburban houses that Wurster designed in Palo Alto, CA, between 1937-1940. With its glazed corridor and L-shaped plan, the Raas House bore a strong resemblance to the Wellington Henderson House, (Hillsborough, CA, 1932) by Wurster.
