At this time, Wurster and his associate Theodore Bernardi (1903-1990) were actively experimenting with International Style forms that they saw in magazines and viewed in person.

The rooftop deck was screened to allow for private sunbathing.

Demolished in the 1990s. A McMansion took its place.
