When originally completed in 1966, the campus had 15 buildings, including a central library, faculty center, student union/cafeteria, a 375-seat theatre and 39 classrooms and labs. Seattle architects Steinhart, Theriault and Anderson designed the sprawling junior college to accommodate 2,500 students.
