Prior to 12/27/2020, PCAD had the wrong date of birth for Perrine. It was recorded previously as 08/28/1886, not 08/15/1886.

His World War I draft registration card described Perrine as being Caucasian of medium height and build, with gray eyes and dark brown hair.
