Of the most recent renovation for the Pacific Northwest Title Company, the article noted: "The corridors have been removed as part of Pacific Northwest Title's multi-million-dollar renovation of the building. The title company is having the five interior floors completely gutted and rebuilt to create 50,000 square feet for its operations. All the of the building's arches and mahogany woodwork will be restored, and the main lobby will be opened up to two stories. Even the old two-story ballroom on the fourth floor where the chamber did its entertaining is being reconfigured as office and mezzanine space."
