The Beezer Brothers began a thriving practice in Pittsburgh, PA, but moved to Seattle, WA, in the middle of 1907, just before the 1909 Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition; they were responsible for a number of churches in Western Pennsylvania; their practice specialized in many buildings for the Seattle Catholic Church; they also designed churches in San Francisco, and were known to have opened an office there, too.

Between at least 1903 and 1906, their office in Pittsburgh was located in the Vilsack Building, 6200 Pennsylvania Avenue. (See Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, City Directory, 1906, p. 2078.)

The experience of the Beezer Brothers' firm paralleled that of the Allison Brothers in Los Angeles. Both sets of brothers left Pittsburgh, PA, during the busy first decade of the twentieth century and established thriving practices on the Pacific Coast. The Beezers left PA in 1907 and worked until the onset of the Depression. The Allisons arrived in Los Angeles in 1910 and maintained their practice until the onset of World War II.
