Several architecture firms--Ralph D. Anderson and Partners, the Bumgardner Partnership and NBBJ--worked together on the design of this 14-story wedge-shaped building with a beveled contour. It was situated just north of the Pike Place Market Historical District. Ratti Fossatti Associates served as structural engineers on this building.
