Overview

Designed for a developer named Carlstrom, this high-rise apartment tower would have offered two-bedroom units in the University District, a rarity in 1972. It was to have been named for the loderi, a flower belonging to the rhododendron family, known for its aromatic character. Construction was to have begun in Spring 1972 and concluded in 08/1973. Loderi Place was never built.
