Los Angeles architect A.C. Martin (1879-1960) designed an entertainment complex including a 1,200-seat movie theatre, cafe, dance hall, and concession booths for a site on Sunset Pier, Venice, CA. The H.P. Moran Company was named the Building Contractor for the Sunset Pier development.
