These eleven included: Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Miriam Lubow, Marla Wood, Bob O'Rear, Steve Wood, Bob Greenberg, Marc McDonald, Gordon Letwin, Jim Lane, and Bob Wallace. In 2008, only Lubow and Wallace had passed away.
