"Yesterday afternoon Frank H. Gassaway brough suit against Juana A. Neal for $55,000. It will be remembered that Gassaway first figured in this city during Mrs. Benton's Cinderella performance at the Grand Opera-house. Shortly afterward Gassaway induced Mrs Neal to build a theater on Spring street, below Third."
