"Episcopal church--St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral will receive as the purchase price for its property on Olive Street south of 5th street two lots on Figueroa Street between 6th and Orange streets as a site for the new church building. The church will receive 300,000 cash with which to erect the building. Reginald Johnson...is the architect for the new building."
