"The hotel, a Hollywood landmark for 50 years has been purchased by a group of Beverly Hills attorneys headed by Marvin Rowan. They plan to build an annex that will add 20 luxury suites to the original 54 and penthouse, a cocktail lounge and office area. Extensive remodeling with retention of the original hotel."
