"Catherine Bauer Wurster's memory was honored in a rather unusual way recently. H. Ralph Taylor, following his swearing in as HUD's assistant secretary for demonstrations and intergovernmental relations, mentioned Mrs. Wurster as a teacher, 'who introduced me as a student to the complexity and the challenge and the wonder of the urban question.'"
