"Ground has been broken for phase II of the South Lake Union expansion located on the site of The Brotman Building, the Phase I research building. Phase II comprises two buildings, a research laboratory and an administrative services building. The administrative services building will feature a large auditorium, other seminar spaces, and a café in support of the research initiative. Both buildings are slated for completion in December of 2007 with occupancy by June of 2008."
