Remodel theater (Oxnard)--Claude A. Spaeth, manager of the Strand Theater, Oxnard, is having plans prepared for remodeling the theater on the ground floor of the Oxnard Masonic temple building. The theater will be enlarged, providing a seating capacity for 750, the floor will be lowered, new entrances constructed and electric signs installed. The improvement will cost between $8000 and $10,000
