Brick; 3-story front, 2-story rear; flat roof, carved wood porch over ground-floor store fronts, 2nd- and 3rd-story windows divided by brick pilasters; front facade divided alternately into wide and narrow sections, ornamental cast iron balcony across each wide section; hotel lobby at 2nd floor. Numerous interior alterations. Used as hotel since construction; one of the oldest structures in the city's business district.
