Adobe, 1 1/2 stories, rectangular, overhanging gabled roof with veranda on sides, outside wooden stairs to attic story; c. 1870s frame addition now removed to side as separate building; restored 1965. House of Juan Felipe Pena, Settler from NM who shared 44,000-acre land grant with Juan Manuel Vaca, after whom nearby town is named.
