Architect B. Marcus Priteca and B. Sonnickson [sic]... have completed sketches for a three-story theatre building, store and office to be erected on the southwest corner of Colorado Street and Hudson Avenue for F.B. Cole...and the theatre portion will be leased by Alexander Pantages...: apparently never built.
