The West Irving branch, now under construction at Arlington avenue and Eighteenth street, is to be completed by the first of next month at a cost of about $45,000, according to the architects, Allison & Allison. Hollow tile construction is being employed and the exterior will be finished in stucco, topped with red title roofing.
