Theater building (Pasadena) B.S. Moss, New York Theater owner, has secured an option on Green Street property in Pasadena as a site for a theater to seat 2000 people. Eugene de Rosa, New York City, will be the architect for the new building. Further details will be announced when the property transfer goes into escrow.
