His four siblings included: August R. Denke, Jr., (born 10/1869 in IL), Anna Katherine Denke Kyne (born 06/22/1874 in IL-d. 06/19/1946 in Alameda County, CA), Agnes Martha Denke (born 03/03/1878 in Oakland, CA-d. 01/31/1943 in San Francisco, CA) and Frederick George Denke (born c. 02/1880 in CA).
