Principal, William M. Weilbye, Architect, Oakland, CA, c. 1888-1903. Weilbye was one of two architects in 1888 who maintained office space on Telegraph Avenue in Oakland. He was located at 1350 Telegraph, while Lawrence Humphrey leased space at 1322 Telegraph. (See Oakland, California, City Directory, 1888, p. 961.) He had moved his office to 510 18th Streeet (at the corner of Telegraph Avenue) in Oakland by 1902. (See Oakland, California, City Directory, 1902, p. 611.) He remained here in 1903.
