Professional History

Dyer was a Cleveland, OH, architect known for large commissions in northeast Ohio, such as the 12-story Guardian Savings and Trust Building (Cleveland, 1906), 14-story Cleveland Athletic Club (Cleveland, 1911), and the well-known, Beaux-Arts City Hall (Cleveland, 1912-1916). With the Guardian Building, he demonstrated his ability at designing structures for financial institutions.
