Designer, Duffy, Eley, Giffone, Worthington (DEGW), London, England. DEGW was formed by Dr. Francis Duffy, Peter Eley, Luigi Giffone and John Worthington in 1973 in London. It focused on office and workplace design, and eventually grew to include 13 other branches in Europe, Asia, and North America. It was purchased by the architectural firm Davis Langdon for 178,000 pounds in 07/2009. Davis Langdon, in turn, was purchased by AECOM in 2010 for 204 million pounds, and the DEGW name was discontinued after this second purchase.
