A notice in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer noted the 1901 marriage of P.W. Ehlers: "Mr. P.W. Ehlers, an Everett architect, and Miss L.W.C. Winter, of Los Angeles, Cal., were united in marriage on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the home of Rev. Thomas Coyle. Mr. and Mrs. Ehlers will reside on Grand avenue, in this city."
