Principal, O.C. Hicks, Building Contractor, Spokane Falls, WA, 1886- . In 1889, Hicks occupied Room #11 in Browne's Block, Spokane Falls. An advertisement in the Spokane City Directory of 1889 (p. 19) indicated that O.C. Hicks worked as a contractor and builder, with "house moving a specialty."
