Principal, Peter Hall, Building Contractor, Pasadena, CA, 1900-1922. The Pasadena architects Greene and Greene began to work with Hall in 1905 with whom they contracted repeatedly to build some of their most outstanding designs. John, a millwright, would become the producer of furniture for select Greene Brothers commissions after 1906. The pair collaborated on work between 1906 and 1922. Peter Hall was born Peter Jonasson in Stockholm, Sweden in 1869. He immigrated to the US with his parents in about 1872, according to the 1910 US Census.

According to 1896 voter records for Los Angeles County, Peter Hall stood 5-feet, 11-inches tall and had a light Caucasian complexion. He possessed gray eyes and light hair at age 27.
