Partner, Lillis and [Fenton H.] Goss Construction Company, Tacoma, WA, c. 1890-1892. On 03/07/1891, the firm of Lillis and Goss, received $46,508.35 (for labor and materials) from the Washington State Legislature for the construction of a new wing to the Western Washington Hospital for the Insane.
