Résumé
Chief Civil Engineer, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA, 1917. According to researcher Lee Corbin: "During the war, [Gregory] was the chief civil engineer for the Puget Sound Navy Yard and probably signed-off most of the building plans for Naval construction taking place. With the rank of Rear Admiral, he would eventually go on to command the Navy’s Bureau of Yards and Docks from 1921 to 1929" (Thank you to Mr. Corbin for his information on Gregory. See email from Lee Corbin to the author, 11/18/2019.)
