Architect Daniel Morganelli partnered with the interior designer Werner Heumann to form Morganelli-Heumann and Associates, Incorporated. In 1970, the firm had its office at 347 South Ogden Drive, Los Angeles, CA.

In 1971, its Los Angeles office was located at 11440 San Vicente Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA, 90049. During the 1970s, the firm had offices elsewhere in the US, including New York, NY (incorporated in NY State on 08/16/1971), San Francisco, CA, Saint Louis, MO, (incoporated 02/08/1972 with an office at 314 North Broadway) and TX (incorporated in 07/14/1976).
