T.A. and Minnie had three children: Alberta (born c. 1906 in KS), Lehla (bron c. 1907 in KS) and Thomas Owen. The Williams Family began in IA, moved to KS by at least 1906, and then on to OR by at least 1917. Thomas had been born in the summer of 1917, according to the 1920 US Census.
