Relocation

The 1880 US Census recorded that Fielder C. Slngluff, Jr., lived with his family at 149 North Carrollton Avenue in Baltimore, MD. The family had four children at the time, and employed a nurse, Annie Toryell (born c. 1820 in England) to assist Mrs. Slingluff in their care. (See Ancestry.com, Source Citation Year: 1880; Census Place: Baltimore, Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland; Roll: 504; Page: 204A; Enumeration District: 199, accessed 12/05/2018.) In 1882, the family resided on Carrollton Avenue near Lanvale Street in Baltimore. (See Baltimore, Maryland, City Directory, 1882, p. 816.)

Slingluff resided in Berkeley, CA, in 1906. He had a residential listing of 2606 Dwight Way in that year. (See Ancestry.com, Source Citation California State Library; Sacramento, California; Great Register of Voters, 1900-1968, accessed 12/06/2018.)
