His father was Delma J. Daniel, Sr., (b. 04/16/1896 in AR-d. 03/15/1981 in Little Rock, AR), his mother, Verna Dunlap Daniel (b. 03/17/1897 in AR-d. 01/29/1971 in Los Angeles, CA).
