Page & Turnbull served as the architects for restoration of the Garden Court and the overlooking French Parlor, a project separate from the overall hotel renovation. It involved analysis of the historic appearance of the room, investigation into the condition of the historic finishes and features of the room, and preparation of architectural drawings and specifications for complete restoration of the plaster, marble and ornamental glass. Page & Turnbull also served as consulting architects for renovation of the building's historic exterior and public spaces."
