Article by Andrew Gumbel, published Saturday, 03/31/2001. "You knew you had reached Hollywood nirvana if you were given a window table three down from the entrance towards the kitchen. Anywhere else at the front was considered A-list. The front room away from the window meant you were still somebody. The lesser lights of the film industry were parked in the passageway. The room at the back, known as Antarctica or Siberia, was strictly for rubber-necking tourists."
