Distinguished by extant design features and historic building fabric, including: an altered wooden cornice and parapet, tall narrow window openings, ornate round wooden porch columns, original ornate multi-panel entry doors. Alterations include the entire removal and replacement of original double-hung and cottage type window sash and window surrounds. The original narrow clapboard siding is currently covered by vinyl siding material, and the parapet cladding has also been altered and cornice brackets removed."
