Swenson Say Faget Corporation

"A seismic review of the prestigious O’Dea High School building constructed in 1923 and designed by Beezer Brothers, as well as later additions to the school. The scope of work included a review of previous building studies, study of the existing building drawings, and a walk through of the structures. The results were documented in a detailed report to be used for future fund raising and budgetary needs. Upon completion of the study, a seismic mitigation and addition was performed. A new infill library level was added as well as seismic improvements to the utility lateral system."
