First and Goal Inc.

"First & Goal Inc. (FGI) was formed by Paul Allen in 1997 after voters in Washington state approved the proposal to build a new football/soccer stadium and adjoining event center. FGI was formed to serve as the developer and operator of Qwest Field and Qwest Field Event Center. FGI was the private partner in the development along with the public partner, Washington State Public Stadium Authority. The $430 million project included $300 million in public funds and $130 million in private funds."
