This firm was based in Long Beach, CA; the biography of Delma J. Daniel, Jr., in the American Architects Directory, 1970, ([New York: R.R. Bowker, 1970], p. 201), put the dates of the Power and Daniel partnership as 1951-1965. The biography of Palmer Power in the same volume (p. 732) indicated the dates were 1953-1966. The biography of Gordon F. Powers in the American Architects Directory, 1962, [New York: R.R. Bowker, 1962], p. 562), noted that Powers worked with Power in 1952, and no mention was made of Daniel. This is why those dates supplied by Palmer Power have been used. The Power and Daniel architectural office was located from at least 1959 until 1962 at 3811 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, CA.
