In 1989, the firm was known as "The Nadel Partnership, Incorporated." Top managers included Herbert Nadel, Howard Regan, Richard Parker, Behrouze Ehdaie and Gregory Riessen. At this time, Nadel employed ninety architects; three interior designers; and seventeen administrative staff members. Its business consisted of 68% commercial, office and retail work; 20% housing; 2% industrial; 1% educational; 5% interior design; and 4% planning. Work in CA accounted for 99% of its business, with 1% located elsewhere in the US. At later dates, it was known as "Nadel Partners" and simply "Nadel." In 2004, Nadel had offices in Los Angeles, CA, (main), Costa Mesa, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, Chicago, IL, and Las Vegas, NV; in 2003, the firm had 22 projects, worth $242.7 million; 52 architects, 18 interior designers, 35 administrative, and 70 other employees worked for Nadel Architects, Incorporated, in 2003.

By 2024, Nadel had two offices, one at 1900 South Bundy Avenue, Suite #400, where it had been since at least 1989, and Scottsdale, AZ, at 7033 East Greenway Parkway, Suite #180, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Two partners listed on Nadel's website were Greg Lyon, Chairman and President and Tina Tayag, Chief Financial Officer.
