In 2023, three firms involved in design, civil engineerig and development--Sanderson Stewart of Billings, MT, Bellecci and Associates of Concord, CA, and Summit Engineering of Reno, NV, combined to form a new entity, "Sanbell."

Also in 2023, Sanbell merged with Coleman Engineering of Roseville, CA, specializing in water and wastewater engineering.
