Established by brothers Robert and Roger Collins in 08/1986, the Sierra Construction Company, Incorporated, had its first office in Woodinville, WA, then moved to Kirkland, WA, Redmond, WA, and back to Woodinville. In 2024, its headquarters was located at 14800 NE North Woodinville Way Woodinville, WA 98072. with branch offices in Tacoma, WA, and Portland, OR (opened in 1997).
