Founded as Schnitzer Northwest by Daniel Ivanoff and a capital partner, Kenneth Novack of Portland's Schnitzer Investment Corporation, the firm renamed itself in 05/2007 as "Schnitzer West." At this time, Ivanoff and Novack turned their attention to developing properties in other Western markets, including Denver, San Francisco and Los Angeles. (See Brian K. The real estate development company Schnitzer West operated offices in Seattle, WA, (920 5th Avenue, Suite #2750) and Denver, CO, and (1050 17th Street, Suite #1620) in 2024. It was founded by Daniel Ivanoff and its capital partner, headed by Kenneth Novack.
