This construction partnership operated in and around Hoquiam, WA, between 1893 and 1898. There were three Briscos living in Houqiam who worked as carpenters in the early 1900s, William A. (born c. 1856), Samuel M. Brisco (born c. 1859) and Robert James Brisco (born 06/11/1860), all of whom were born in Iowa and were likely related. It is probable one or more of them was involved in this partnership with Philip J. Mourant.
