In 07/2014, the Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company merged with TRI Pointe Homes, Incorporated, of Irvine, CA. Tri-Pointe controlled a number of homebuilding concerns across the US, including Quadrant, active in the Puget Sound region, Pardee Homes in Southern CA and Southern NV, Maracay Homes in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ, Trendmaker Homes in Houston, TX, and Winchester Homes, in Washington, DC, and Richmond, VA.

In 2018, Kenneth C. Krivanec was the President of Quadrant Corporation.
