This Santa Barbara, CA-based firm was founded by Jack Lionel Warner and Paul Gray in 1974. It operated until 1999, when the two opened their own firms, the Warner Group in Santa Barbara, and Gray and Gray in nearby Montecito, CA. Warner previously had been in partnership with James Morris and Charles Wilson from 1966 until 1974, in the firm of Warner, Morris and Wilson Architects.
