Whitehouse and Church maintained an architectural partnership in Portland, OR, c. 1940. In 1938, Whitehouse and Church occupied Room #619 of the Railway Exchange Building in Portland. At the time, three other firms had their offices in the same building: Cash and Wolff (Room #216), David L. Foulkes (Room #528) and Arthur Glenn Stanton (Room #528).
