Edward Angus Hatherton, John Cotter Pelton Jr.

This pair knew each other while working as draftsmen in the Office of Augustus Laver. They formed a partnership together in San Francisco lhat lasted between c. 1879-1888. Pelton left the partnership to work on his own in Los Angeles, while Hatherton became San Francisco's City Architect for a short time.
