In 2008, ESA had CA offices in San Francisco, Oakland, Petaluma, Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles, Woodland Hills; it also operated offices in Tampa, FL, and through its subsidiary, ESA Adolfson, offices in Seattle, WA, Olympia, WA, and Portland, OR.
